Our first ever recipient of the D.O.P.E award is TJFACT’s corporate HR Manager, Kathleen Howell! When asked how she managed to step her game up this year, here’s what she had to say. “I believe that transformation leads to elevation! So after returning home from our corporate retreat I made it a personal goal of mine to find ways to add value, not only to TJFACT, but also to myself. I adopted some cool new tools and tricks to help me further cultivate healthy organizational habits. Also, instead of taking it personally, I made a conscious effort to implement the constructive feedback offered to me by leadership during my end of year review; I believe this has made me more dependable and helped me to produce a more stellar work product. Ultimately, I made a decision to transform myself into the best version of me that I could possibly be, and I am honored that leadership recognized that and finds me D.O.P.E!”
